• Identification of structural requirements and preparation of front end engineering design (FEED),
• Coordination of survey works and geotechnical studies,
• Calculation of earthworks,
• Management and coordination of architectural design, plant layout and detailed engineering works considering requirements for relevant departments,
• Preparation of tender packages and creation of specifications,
• Management of tender stage and tender clarifications,
• Management of contract and construction stages,
• Construction site inspections,
• Management of progress payment reports, budget and claims,
